Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook (preferred but willing to train the right candidate) who is a positive team player with a passion for cooking. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in preparing high-quality food, and works well with others to ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Work efficiently to ensure timely food service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with prepping ingredients and stocking kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: 1+ year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
