Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate On-Call Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during the night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized nursing care to residents based on individual care plans
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Provide support and comfort to residents and their families

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Hawaii
• Previous experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
