Position Title:       Laborer

Expectations of Employee:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Must regularly and directly communicate with and report to Production Manager.

•Water extraction and set up drying equipment.

•Mold/sewage removal and cleaning

•Fire/smoke damage cleaning

•Biohazard remediation

•Complete detailed documentation and take photos

•Clean vehicles and shop daily

•Wear personal protective equipment for safety during hazardous situations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

•Valid driver’s License.

•Reliable transportation.

•Must be flexible in work hours. Willing to work weekends, nights, on-call, after hours rotation.

•Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

•Pass a post-offer background check for base clearances.

•Pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.

•Verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

•IICRC Certification.

•Work location: In person.
