As a Case Manager, you?ll play a vital role in providing essential mental health services to our community. This position involves working directly with clients in Lahaina area. You?ll have the opportunity to engage with individuals, offering support and resources to help them thrive. We are looking for a case manager who is familiar with the local resources and it would be beneficial if you have experience working with small/rural communities.

Hours

Full-time, Full-time, Sunday to Saturday availability, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Lahaina, Maui

Pay

$35 an hour

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency mental health services to people affected by the Maui wildfires and the Behavioral Health Clinics offices.
• Work with patients of all ages with various psychiatric, substance abuse, and/or medical disorders.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience helping individuals, and their families find satisfactory ways of identifying their problems, coping with their conditions and functioning effectively within their environments.
