Pay

$90,000 to $120,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial aspects of development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to track expenses and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure financial integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks associated with development projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment State and Federal Background check.
