A local retail company is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist & Admin Assistant to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for their clients and visitors. This is a temporary position.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Kapolei, Oahu

Pay

$16.50 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with walk-in clients and over the phone.
  • Assist walk-in clients with inquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Assist clients with their questions and provide accurate information.
  • Support the coordination and execution of events.
  • Maintain and update the company directory regularly.
  • Assist with the coordination of the shuttle program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
