National Account Manager

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within major accounts.
• Serves as the primary contact between corporate accounts, Pacific Provisions Hawaii and Hawaii store locations.
• Identifies opportunities for growth within key accounts.
• Collaborates with internal teams (purchasing, distribution, accounting) to ensure Customer satisfaction and on-time performance.
• Manages the distribution of reports to customers as requested.
• Conducts regular business reviews and planning meetings with Customers.
• Maintains contract pricing files for chain accounts. Works on contract specifics and guaranteed pricing as needed. Works with purchasing and the IT department to ensure pricing integrity.
• Provides regular reports to management on account performance and sales activity.
• Performs similar and related duties as assigned by supervisor.

You would be great for this role if you have these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Sales and/or Buying experience, with a proven track record of success. Food service experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the local and national restaurant industry and market.
