A local HVAC company is seeking a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join their team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling services, and supporting technicians and company partners.

The ideal candidate will have previous office or admin experience and strong communication skills.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Kailua, Oahu

Pay

$18 to $22 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling services.
  • Respond to Yelp inquiries and customer questions promptly.
  • Coordinate installation projects and ensure project details are organized.
  • Register air conditioning units and finalize rebate forms as needed.
  • Maintain the technicians' schedules and ensure efficient time management.
  • Handle general office upkeep, including stocking supplies and managing daily mail and emails.
  • Assist partners with various tasks to support the overall operation of the business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
