Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef to lead our kitchen team. As the Chef, you will play a key role in curating and preparing a menu that reflects our mission of quality, connection, and hospitality. Your culinary expertise and leadership will ensure our cafe remains a beloved destination for our community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a menu of artisanal dishes that align with our mission and showcase seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation to uphold our quality standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food cost control, and staffing schedules.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with management to introduce new ideas and respond to customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a cafe, bistro, or similar setting.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality, artisanal food.
• Leadership abilities with a track record of managing and inspiring kitchen teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management.
• Creativity and adaptability to develop menus that resonate with our community.
