Hours

Full-time, 4-5 shifts/week, AM & PM shifts available

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$23.50 an hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Receive, rotate and stock all food supplies.
• Responsible for production of your single station.
• Assist with service of menu items during meal periods, banquets and other special occasions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Ability to read recipes and reproduce them accurately, as well as understand standard measurements, temperatures, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time, and able to regularly bend, kneel, and lift supplies as needed.
