Join our dynamic team at Kona Brewing Hawaii as a Warehouse Lead! If you have a passion for brewing and a keen eye for detail, we want you to be a part of our production-focused facility. As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a crucial role in supervising the receiving, warehousing and shipping of our products in a manner consistent with service and cost mitigation objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Sr. Ops Mgr: Supply Chain & Logistics, manage operations of warehouse in assigned area(s) which may include staged orders, outbound freight, product returns, intraplant transfers, restock, inventory management and disposal of damaged products.
• Under the direction of the Sr. Ops Mgr: Supply Chain & Logistics, prepares reports for the purpose of maintaining accurate records for business service and conducts monthly physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
• Responsible for maintaining finished goods in the warehouse in an organized and secure manner in accordance with Company standards for safety & security.
• Responsible for ensuring that the loading and unloading of delivery trucks for the purpose of receiving stock and or filling orders for transport is conducted in an efficient and expedited time frame.
• Serve as main point of contact for Operations management for the timely movement of raw materials and finished goods to and from the main production facility to the secondary warehouse.
• As needed, assist with preparing orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements.
• Provide assistance and support to Operations staff in resolving highly complex problems or complaints as needed.
• Adhere to, promote and hold direct reports accountable to all company policies at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
*  Must be self motivated, have excellent written skills, verbal communication, and strong leadership skills.
*  This position also requires excellent time management as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills.
*  Candidates must be proficient in MS Office software including Excel and Word. Beer 30 or similar enterprice resouce planning software.
*  Must be able to (without accomodation) frequently reach, twist, stoop, bend, crouch, stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts.
*  Applicants may be required to work overtime as necessary.
*  Must be able to lift 30 lbs. repeatedly and maneuver up to 180lb kegs.
*  Applicants must be able to wear personal protective equipment and work in varying weather conditions to include humidity and seasonal temperature changes.
*  Applicants must have the ability to pass a State of Hawaii DOT physical 
*  Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks for the purpose of moving large and heavy items safely and efficiently.


Education:
High School Diploma and 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
