Kona Brewing Hawaii (KBH) has an immediate opening for an On-Premise Sales Manager on Oahu, Hawaii. The On-Premise Sales Manager primary role is have a passion for beer and the beverage industry, to solicit, build great brands that are part of consumers lives, and maintain professional sales relationships with wholesalers and end users within their assigned territory.

Specific duties include:
* Work directly with wholesalers, hotel, chains and their sales staff in his/her territory to promote sales.
* Analyzed sales & share data to uncover opportunities in the market.
* Be creative in building branded activations: events, concerts, collaborations that represent Kona Brewing Hawaii beer styles with pride and quality.
* Forecast & report presentations and sales data to wholesalers and their sales force.
* Make sales calls on potential or non-buy accounts.
* Make sales calls at existing accounts to build a closer relationship with the goal of gaining additional taps.
* Demonstrate initiative to share great ideas with your manager and you team.
* Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers by balancing the company’s priorities and customer’s needs.
* Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new accounts.
* Collaborates with manager to develop sales quotas and strategies.
* Educates account staff on priority brands by administering educational staff training.
* Analyzes entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities.
* Sell in promotional activities.
* Understands and collaborates with wholesaler on inventory levels by being aware of current inventory and out of stock situations and by alerting wholesaler and customers to fluctuations in demand.
* Oversee special events in their market area. This includes seeking participation in the appropriate special events, registration, logistical coordination between the distributor and the event staff and actual attendance and representation on behalf of the brewery.
* Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful introduction of new products.
* Support new product launches and contributing to product roadmap development.
* Engage with retailers to understand market dynamics and gather valuable insights on product performance.
* Proactively seek and provide feedback to/from consumers through various channels to identify areas of improvement and success stories.
Position Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must have reliable transportation 1-2 Years of Sales experience in a similar industry Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Must live or have prior experience in the market area for which responsible.
Must be able to travel.
Must be able to work flexible hours/days.
Must have good record keeping and business communication skills.
Must be familiar with the brewing industry and the beer distribution network.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
