Customer Service Representative

Suisan is looking for friendly, cheerful team members to help ensure our well-established customers can place orders with ease and continue to have a great experience. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and willing to work independently and as part of a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure our customers are stocked with essential inventory by placing routine orders, specialty orders, and even identifying substitute products when needed.
• Continue to build our customer relationships by swiftly handling any concerns and helping provide solutions for our customer’s business needs.
• Complete weekly price updates in our purchasing system, Birchstreet, for our major established customers.
• Help our Kona-region customers with product pick-up (will-call orders) on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Assist the remaining Sales Team with placing orders, reporting, and various tasks.
• Be an integral part of the annual Susian Food Show!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
• Administrative or Office experience preferred.
• Basic computer and Internet skills.

Suisan plays a vital role in keeping essential products and customer favorites readily available on the Big Island!
