Brewery Technician I - Cellar Person

Essential: 

Supports the Company’s Mission and Values
Perform duties in accordance with the company safety policies and procedures
Maintain attendance and punctuality
Follow policies and SOPS and keep accurate records
Properly use and maintain equipment and tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:
- Perform CIP and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe production environment
- Ability to safely handle chemicals on a daily basis
- Assist brewers in various tasks to support the brewing process
- Conduct yeast harvesting and management activities
- Monitoring fermentation and brite beer handling
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team to uphold product standards
- Engage in general cleaning duties to keep the facility organized and efficient
- Adherence to all safety protocols and the continuous improvement and reporting of these standards
- Centrifuge operation experience a plus but not required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a brewery setting
- Proficiency in Centrifuge Operation is preferred
- Ability to manage and adapt to unexpected changes in the production schedule
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
