Brewery - Forklift Operator

Are you passionate about the manufacturing industry and looking to join a dynamic team in a thriving brewery? We are seeking a Forklift Operator to play a crucial role at Kona Brewing Hawaii. If you have experience operating a forklift and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Essential: 

Supports the Company’s Mission and Values
Perform duties in accordance with the company safety policies and procedures
Maintain attendance and punctuality
Follow policies and SOPS and keep accurate records
Properly use and maintain equipment and tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment


Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products around the brewery
- Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
