Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Superintendent to manage all field operations from preconstruction through turnover. This role is responsible for directing daily site activities, ensuring timelines are met, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating subcontractors and site staff.

Pay

$150,000 to $180,000 a year, plus 25% yearly bonus, guaranteed and $800 car allowance

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team in planning, coordinating, and executing construction work according to project scope and specifications.
• Conduct kickoff and preconstruction meetings to align subcontractors and internal teams.
• Oversee project timelines, maintaining daily and weekly schedules and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor jobsite safety and ensure strict adherence to protocols and OSHA standards.
• Participate in project meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain daily field logs.
• Review scopes of work and assist with sequencing to support timely delivery.
• Manage site documentation, including quality control procedures and closeout requirements.
• Support the performance and development of assistant superintendents and field staff.
• Work with leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Ensure a positive, accountable, and team-driven site culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience managing field operations for commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead large site teams and multiple direct reports.
• Proficiency with construction software and digital field reporting tools.
• Knowledge of safety compliance, quality procedures, and construction practices.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
