Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead, manage, and mentor their sales team. In this role, you will prepare sales budgets, monitor sales metrics, and develop effective sales strategies to ensure the success of the sales team. The base pay is $50k but has a generous goal-based incentive program.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Monitor sales metrics.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. ?
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Ability to travel as needed.
