Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to join their team and ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and are completed on time and within a budget. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and managing project timelines, resources, and communications.

Must have experience in construction industry and long-term previous job stability to be considered.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm

Location

  • Honolulu, Oahu
  • Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$80,000 to $100,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Gather documents and forward it to contractors.
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client.
  • Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules.
  • Track project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track proposals and bid packages.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with set up and document control.
  • Assist with contract schedules, owner invoices, and change order process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator, or office manager.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Any additional recommended safety, scheduling, project management training, and certifications a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
