Responsibilities

  • Monitor program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes and impact to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for program improvement and growth, incorporating feedback from participants and partners.
  • Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all program activities.
  • Participate in curriculum reviews, facilitator trainings, and other meetings as deemed appropriate.
  • Provide logistical and administrative coordination as well as on-site support for trainings, internal work groups, team huddles, and past participant convenings.
  • Send out marketing emails and assist with marketing efforts as needed.
  • Help team members to arrange travel reservations.
  • Managing and replenishing training and office supplies as needed.
  • Run out-of-office errands and light field work as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with the Foster Care System (DHS-CSWS) is strongly preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Successful criminal and child abuse and neglect background clearance as required by state regulations for those who work with children and families in the Child Welfare System upon hire. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
