Job Description

Our client is seeking a Professional Relations Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to enhance our client's company presence and reputation. This position will initially be in-office with the option to become hybrid after the orientation review (typically 90 days).

The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional relations position within the healthcare industry and a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$65,000 to $75,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Organize and conduct meetings, presentations, and events to promote company services and products.?
  • Monitor industry trends and gather feedback to make improvements.
  • Represent company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
  • Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and outcomes to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience preferably in the dental or health field.
  • Previous experience in a professional relations position or similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Previous Medicaid or Medicare experience is a plus.
  • Must have a valid Hawaii driver's license and personal transportation required.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
