Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team and make a positive impact in the community by managing and enhancing their HR functions. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting candidates, developing HR strategies, and handling training programs. Both full-time and part-time applicants are welcome!

The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree in human resources and 3 years of experience in HR.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$45,000 to $55,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
  • Previous experience with employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Previous experience with HRIS.
  • Experience in the ABA, DDD, or mental healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Experience with performance management systems preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
