Job Description

Our client is seeking an HR / Accounting Representative to join their team and be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data in their Time & Attendance (ADP) system, as well as performing various administrative activities related to Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will have their associate's degree and have previous experience with ADP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or HRIS/ERP.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee and customer records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details.
  • Maintain accurate records of active job openings and received applications.
  • Manage internal and external job postings.
  • Review applications and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
  • Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Create invoices according to company practices.
  • Report regularly on financial metrics.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in accounting or business equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ADP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent HRIS/ERP experience.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
