A local company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator for a temporary position that has the possibility of extending beyond the end of the year. This role requires high-level financial administrative support, focusing on organizing and managing all project tasks related to budgeting, design, approval, procurement, construction placement in operation, and the closing of projects. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for developing strategies to meet project goals, maintaining project schedules, creating requisitions, monitoring purchase orders, and creating service entry sheets. You will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects. Once fully trained, this position will transition into a hybrid role, requiring in-person attendance three times a week.
