Job Description

A reputable real estate and property management company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team and provide day-to-day assistance to the executive team. In this role, you will manage executive's schedules, prepare reports, maintain files, and assist with special projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.?

Hours

Part-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm (6hr days/30hr week)

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 to $30 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Confirm employee timesheets and maintain records on hours worked.
  • Maintain personnel files for each employee.
  • Coordinate and manage communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate and property management industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
