Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the sales team by assisting with order processing and customer follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery to meet customer expectations.?
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
