Responsibilities

  • Supervise recruitment team including hiring, training, evaluations, scheduling, and performance support.
  • Promote engagement and retention through active coaching, observation, and team development.
  • Provide support in responding to community inquiries and coordinating outreach schedules.
  • Manage department procedures, documentation, and training compliance.
  • Monitor recruitment tools, systems, and internal calendars for planning accuracy and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal planning groups to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement training and onboarding plans for new team members.
  • Track department metrics, goals, and key performance indicators and report to leadership.
  • Represent the department in interdepartmental meetings and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with internal processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in outreach, marketing, sales, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Minimum 3 years in outreach, customer engagement, marketing, or public-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM or scheduling systems.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel between islands and occasionally out of state.
