Commercial Property Manager (218063-14)A local property management company is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their real estate portfolio. In this role, you will manage multiple properties, coordinate repairs, act as the primary point of contact for tenants, and collect rent payments.
You will be working primarily out of the office but may be required to visit client sites. Parking and mileage reimbursement will be provided.
The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, but will be added to on-call list after hours.
The ideal candidate will have their bachelor's degree, a valid real estate license, and a strong background in the property management field.

$60,000 to $80,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties.
- Manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, expenses, capital expenditures, and income projections.
- Monitor and collect rent payments.
- Analyze financial reports and develop marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Coordinate with leasing agents to market available spaces.
- Conduct market research and stay informed about local market trends.
- Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Supervise and support on-site property management staff.?

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Must have a valid real estate license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.?
