Central Pacific Reservations Associate


Responsibilities:

- Reply to emails and assist customers with reservations, inquiries, and changes
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Utilize email systems and reservation software to process bookings and manage customer information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests and special accommodations in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work overtime as needed, weekends and holidays


Skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Experience with hotel property management system preferred (Opera V5, Opera Cloud, Room Master)
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to troubleshoot computer issues, must have own home office setup (computer will be provided)
