Job Description

Our client is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team and be responsible for ensuring all maintenance work around the property is completed efficiently and promptly.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in light building maintenance, including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, janitorial tasks, and grounds keeping.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Location

Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$21 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform light building maintenance tasks, including electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous building maintenance experience is required.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50-75lbs.
• Dependable and reliable work ethic.
