What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Flexible availability – This role requires working any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
✔️ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record – You’ll be trained to operate company vehicles, including forklifts and vans.
✔️ Physical capability – Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs (with proper equipment).
✔️ Attention to detail – You’ll use tools and equipment to prepare flooring materials for delivery and pickup and finish carpet edgings.
✔️ Ability to follow instructions – Both written and oral directions must be followed accurately to ensure safety and efficiency.
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent – A solid educational foundation is required.
✔️ Willingness to learn and take on additional duties – We need someone who’s eager to grow with us and take on new challenges as needed.
