What You’ll Do

· Learn by Doing: Shadow Site Managers and assist with daily operations, inspections, and resident interactions.

· Support Operations: Help with maintenance requests, expenses, and reports.

· Community Building: Contribute to creating a positive environment for residents.

· Understand AOAO Guidelines: Gain education and knowledge related to the House Rules and By-Laws under the Association of Apartment Owners (AOAO).

Schedule and Compensation

· Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.

· Flexible hours designed to accommodate your school schedule.

· Compensation: $20 per hour

Who You Are

· Great Communicator: Comfortable working with team members, vendors, and residents.

Requirements

· Enrolled in a business, hospitality, facilities management, or similar program.

· Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

· At least 18 years old.
