Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store, assisting customers in finding the right products while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll play a key role in helping our customers with product selection, answering questions, and ensuring they leave satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on our products
• Process transactions efficiently at the point-of-sale
• Help maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Process products for the sales floor and assist with merchandise displays
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to make sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
