What You’ll Do:
  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless customer transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and assist with sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and assist with CRM updates.
  • Oversee showroom management, ensuring product samples are organized and readily available.
  • Build and maintain local vendor relationships to coordinate product knowledge training sessions.
  • Support payment processing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation tasks.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A positive team player with a willingness to assist and collaborate.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Accurate and meticulous, with a focus on quality and precision.
  • A quick learner who will actively engage in learning all products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and schedule product knowledge training.
  • Showroom management experience, ensuring proper organization and stock of samples.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
  • Willingness and ability to perform all required job duties and additional tasks as needed.
