Job Description
The Principal Broker will oversee real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with state and fedaral lawas, and manage the activities of real estate agents in the office. The Principal Broker is responsible for maintaining ethical standards, providing training, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involeves both leadership and hands-on real estate expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision:
- Supervise and mentor real estate agents, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve agents' skills and knowledge.
- Handle recruitment and development of real estate agents.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all transactions are conducted in accordance with Hawaii real estate laws.
- Review and approve real estate contracts to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Manage risk by addressing any potential legal issues or violations in a timely manner.
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the brokerage and increase profitability.
- Assist agents with client acquisition, marketing strategies, and lead generation.
- Client Relations:
- Oversee and ensure client satisfaction across all transactions.
- Address any client concerns or disputes that arise during transactions.
- Transaction Oversight:
- Review contracts, listings, and sales agreements for compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all brokerage activities and transactions.
- Licensing & Regulatory Requirements:
- Ensure that all agents maintain active real estate licenses.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in real estate law.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active Hawaii Real Estate Broker’s License.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of Hawaii Real Estate Laws and NAR (National Association of Realtors) standards.
- Japanese Native Speaker and Entry English Speaker Level
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in managing real estate transactions and leading teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with real estate technology platforms and tools.
- Previous experience in property management or commercial real estate.
- Strong network in the local real estate market.

Our company Next Up Inc is a real estate company established in 2024. Our target clients are residents of Japan who are considering purchasing a Hawaii property. We also have an office in Tokyo, and we work together in Hawaii and Tokyo office.
Currently, the properties we are handling are vacation rental management and residence sales and purchases. We plan to develop new properties and expand sales and purchases in the future.
