PANDEMIC RESPONSE EXPANSION PROJECT (PREP) Program Analyst

$5,918 to $7,198 per month or higher commensurate with training and experience

 

Exempt, Non-Civil Service, Full-Time, Temporary Appointment.  The primary purpose of the position is to provide high-level project management and administrative support for complex or specialized projects.  The position works with technical team members, analysts, business users, stakeholders, and vendors in providing project support via planning, analysis, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion activities to support the Disease Outbreak Control Division’s technical and programmatic needs and contributes to the Department of health’s overall IT strategy.

 

 

Minimum Qualification(s)

 

EDUCATION:  Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

 

EXPERIENCE:  Three and one-half (3 ½) years specialized work experience which involved utilization of economics, statistics, cost-benefit analyses, business analysis, procurement, management evaluation, accounting, or operations research concepts and methods to conduct evaluations of on-going programs and related issues of all kinds and to understand the economic, social, and physical relationships involved.

 

Master’s or other advanced degree in business, economics, finance, public administration, law, or a related field from an accredited college or university may be substituted for two (2) years of the required specialized experience.

 

LICENSE:  Valid State Hawaii driver’s license is preferred.
