We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The Office and Administrative Support role involves handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring accurate documentation
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Handle data entry and database management with a high level of accuracy
- Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures
