Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The Office and Administrative Support role involves handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring accurate documentation
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Handle data entry and database management with a high level of accuracy
  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures
