Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Day/Evening Shifts
Position Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Position Summary:
As an LPN at Oahu Care Facility, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, monitor their health status, and work as part of a dedicated team to ensure the highest standards of care. You’ll have the opportunity to use your skills in a supportive environment where quality care and resident satisfaction are our top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' health, observe symptoms, and document changes
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Provide compassionate care and address residents’ needs promptly
- Assist with the development and implementation of resident care plans
Qualifications:
- Valid Hawaii LPN License
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
