Warehouse Day Crew - Will Call Picker

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Day Crew - Will Call Picker is a crucial part of our warehouse operation ensuring our customers receive the right product quickly! This position requires great customer service, familiarity with products, and ability to work under tight time constraints with a high level of detail.

Major Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the customer and review invoices to ensure the product selection and quantities are accurate.
• Work throughout the warehouse, including in dry storage areas, freezers, and refrigerator chill areas.
• Using scanning technology to accurately select product to fill customer orders.
• Properly operating forklifts, pallet jacks, van, and other necessary equipment.
• Able to perform work independently or as a team member with a sense of urgency and focus on customer service.
• Be punctual and committed to work when scheduled.

 How to Succeed:

• Knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Must have attention to detail, excellent customer service, and front of the line support.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks.

Requirements:
This position does require a valid driver's license.
