Charge Nurse LPN/RN (Night Shift)

Kulana Malama is medical facility that doesn’t look or feel like one. Our fun, child-friendly center is bright and spacious and includes a giant beanstalk, castles and other whimsical, and other storybook features. It is truly a center of healing.

Our desire is to improve the quality of life for every child we see, and strengthen families by providing well-deserved respite care.

Provide direct nursing care to residents, implements care plans, assists/does MDS’s as assigned in time frame directed and attends care conferences as part of interdisciplinary team (IDT) in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, regulations and policies and procedures of the facility to ensure highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Assist with supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNA staff on resident/patient floor in accordance with current rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines that govern facility.

Current Hawaii LPN or RN license and CPR cert. req. Previous LPN/RN and LTC exp. preferred.
